Perri's a BIG GIRL....4 months old!

Well technically she is 4 months and 1 week, but we had our 4 month doctor's appointment today. The doctor said she is doing great and is perfect. She weighed in at 16 lbs 2 ounces, and was 24 1/2 inches long. She is in the 95th percentile in weight and 50th percentile for length. In case you couldn't figure it out she is a happy chunky monkey still :) Other than that Betsy has been working the past two nights and is working again tonight, so our time with her has been very limited as well as her sleep. We are going to Goddard, KS in the morning as soon as Betsy gets home to see my brother Scott and his family Jinny and Ayden. It has been a long time since we have been down there and about 3 months from the last time we saw them, so it should be a good time hanging out and relaxing. I just hope Betsy survives on no sleep, but she is a trooper. We have been spending some time in the evenings at our neighborhood pool, trying to keep cool with this heat wave. Perri has grown to love the water, she gets in there and splashes and smiles, it is great to watch her have so much fun. She has had two play dates, one with Emily (Seph and Betsy Bellerive's daughter) and one with Aliva (Brandon and Brandi Towns' little girl)at the pool, and it was nice to catch up with both them. Another busy week awaits us next week. I hope that everyone is staying cool and enjoys the up coming holiday and safe travels for all those traveling. Until next time.
