Weekend in Omaha

Last weekend we met Shelly and her family in Omaha for a family weekend. We have always heard how great the Omaha Zoo was, since it is pretty much in the middle we decided to make a weekend of it. We enjoyed the zoo most of all day Saturday, which was fun. Perri was excited to see all the animals, she took a real liking of the giraffe, as you can see, she did not want to leave. She also did not handle the carousel this time around either. None the less it was a good day, with perfect weather. That afternoon, we watched the Kentucky Derby and ended the day with swimming and pizza. All in all a fun weekend with the family. We posted pictures below as well as on the side.
